Adam is a 23 year old aspiring actor. Check out his ModelMayhem page, its no wonder he's gotten so many Nike ads, he looks like the perfect beach hunk and looks even better in a suit!
Also check out his IMDB page, I know he's trying to break into TV, but find it amusing that almost all his bit roles are as Pirate Stripper, Zane's Sex Chronicles, Sexy Reindeer.

He's got a great look but he appears more mature than 23 years old..that should work great for him now but that doesn't mean that he'll be looking haggard in his 30s
Who knows. I gave up trying to predict genes, its a lottery. Who know he might look exactly the same for the next 30 years or like you said age significantly by 30. It all a toss up in my opinion.
